My family got new cell phones today. Mine is a Sprint PCS Vision VI660 whatever that means. No camera or anything, but at least now it's in color. My number is back to what it used to be 1.586.219.2183.

I got my internet "fixed" finally. For about 4 days we had no internet access. A guy from Comcast came out replaced our cable box. Apparently we had a model that was supposed to be replaced like 3 years ago, but it had not been brought to our attention. It worked like a charm ... until about 12 hours later ... then the connection decided to kill itself. My dad called the company all pissed. Long story short the cable guy came back ... looked at he cable which seemed to be working properly at the time ... and then left. Odds are that the connection will still drop out from time to time but now I am about 50% happier about my internet ... woot?

Discount Tire story ... incase anynone missed it:

Discount Tire closes at 6 but we have to stay there until all of the cars are done. at 6:30 i had a big assed tire on a balancer. i finished balancing it, and went to pull it off, but instead of coming straight off it fell and crushed the tip of my left middle finger. i went to the doctor. they said it was fractured, gave me a splint, and told me i had to see a hand specialist in 3 days. i went today and they told me that the splint that i was wearing was crappy, so i was like "wtf", and they gave me a better one. i have to wear it for 3 weeks and can’t do any hard labor at work ... i don’t know if this means that they’ll give me less hours, or if ill just be way less productive.

Phone update:

though mary looked in her car multiple times ... she never found my phone.
her friend however did ... in mary's car.

So, Nathan told me Discount Tire was hiring ... i put in an app. .... they lost it ... i put in another one ... they made me pee in a cup ... they gave me a shirt ... and i started mounting and dismounting tires. i got a job ... it sucks but i finally have one ... its cool cuz i'm making 7.50 an hour so its 1.25 more than my last job. (that job was filled with back stabbers btw.) ... i hope i don’t get fired ... then i'd have no job ... that would suck ... but as of now i do have a job ... it is tiring (no pun intended) and boring but i have one ... it is what i have wanted for six + months and now i have it ... ... ... ... woot.

Jumpsteady http://deadjuggalo3d.tripod.com/id39.html ) made a song (called Amy's Ghost) that essentially stole 2 previously beautiful songs, created by Chris Vrenna (aka. Tweaker) , and turned them into crap by rapping over them. i sent a message to American (http://www.americanmcgee.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=324) and he responded by telling me that he sent a note to Tweaker about it, and he would tell me what Tweaker says. :)

... this matters so little to everyone else ... but American McGee is the creator of one of my all time favorite games Alice and Tweaker was one of the original members of My Favorite Band EVER!!! ... Nine Inch Nails!!! :)
